Easy Low Carb Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Recipe – cauliflower florets roasted in the oven with olive oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil. Toss the florets to coat. Spread out in a single layer.
  • Season with salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder and black pepper. Using your hands, toss again to coat the cauliflower. Spread out in a single layer.
